Take a quick walk

It does seem simple but just take a few steps walk around the clock to bring more positivity towards yourself. Walking will help you to distract yourself from the depression and the things that trigger it. when you move from a place, you are likely to enjoy a distance from the environment where you were feeling low. When you take a stride from your current environment, the world will look a little different to you.
